ST. LOUIS, MO — Two people were hospitalized Monday morning after a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 55 northbound in southwest St. Louis, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash happened in the northbound lanes of I-55 south of Meramec Bottom Road near Arnold and was reported by Trooper A. J. Leroux at 8:34 a.m.
