Two injured after vehicle overturns on Stoney Point Road

WASHINGTON COUNTY, MO – Two people were injured Saturday when their motorcycle left the roadway and overturned.

According to a report filed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred on Stoney Point Road, west of LaPorte Road, shortly before 12:40 p.m. Jeffrey Hedrick, Jr. lost control of his 2002 Honda Shadow Ace, left the roadway on crashed. The 35-year-old Cadet resident received moderate injuries in the collision, while a 36-year-old female passenger’s injuries were deemed serious.

Both individuals were taken to Mercy Hospital South by a Washington County ambulance. Their current medical statuses are unknown.
