A public worker was killed in an accident in St. Louis Tuesday afternoon.
The incident occurred at Carondelet Park. A city worker was operating a tractor when it unexpectedly rolled over and crushed the man. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene and has yet to be identified pending notification of next-of-kin. Local authorities are investigating the accident and will release their findings in due time.
