St. Louis accident blocks multiple lanes on northbound I-270

ST. LOUIS, MO – An accident blocked two lanes on northbound I-270 and caused traffic delays on Monday morning.

According to KSDK, the crash occurred before the I-64 exits (12A & 12B) around 8:46 a.m. Traffic was backed up from the Missouri 100 exit (9) through exits 25 & 26. They anticipate the area will be cleared around 9:45 a.m.

It is unclear if anyone sustained injuries in the crash.

The cause of the crash is unknown.
