Rush-hour accident closes one lane on I-64

ST. LOUIS, MO – Officials with the Missouri State Highway Patrol closed off one lane along I-64 following a collision early Tuesday evening.

According to the official Twitter page of the Missouri Department of Transportation, the accident happened within the eastbound lanes of I-64 near Lindbergh Boulevard at about 4:20 p.m.

No information regarding any injuries sustained as a result of the crash has been released as of Tuesday night. However, the far-right lane was restricted for about an hour causing delays for those traveling out of St. Louis during rush-hour.
