Multiple people electrocuted in south St. Louis

ST. LOUIS — Officials rushed four people to the hospital after being shocked by electricity Sunday night, KSDK reports.

According to the St. Louis Fire Department, the incident happened at around 8:30 p.m. near the intersection of Louisiana Avenue and Montana Street.

All the victims were adults, the fire department said. The cause of the injuries is not known but officials said thunderstorms were moving through the area around the same time.
