Motorcyclist injured in St. Peters rear-end crash

ST. PETERS, MO (ST. CHARLES COUNTY) – A man was seriously injured whenever a woman rear-ended his motorcycle this morning in St. Peters, according to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash happened just after 11:30 a.m. on Missouri Highway 370 West, west of Harry S Truman Boulevard.

The victim is St. Louis man Timothy L. Johnson, 38, who was driving a 2000 Harley Davidson Dyna Wide Glide westbound when the accident occurred.

Johnson was struck from behind by a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Kimberly H. Frank, 36, of Florissant.

He has been sent to the hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

He was wearing a helmet and Frank was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, according to the report.
