Louisiana – Injuries in Intersection Crash

A junction crash in Louisiana Tuesday afternoon injured a motorist.

At 4:45 p.m., 23-year-old Ellen L. Martin was injured when the 2013 Kia Soul she was driving struck a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado that was stopped at the intersection of US-54 and Pike County Road 136. 60-year-old Vance E. Anderson was driving the pickup truck and was not hurt, while Martin was taken to Pike County Memorial Hospital for treatment. The incident is currently under investigation.
