Kansas woman killed in Jenkins head-on collision

JENKINS, MO – A woman from Anthony, Kansas died as the result of a head-on collision on Highway 39 Tuesday night.

According to KY3, 59-year-old Shirley Bell was killed after crossing the centerline and running head-on into a vehicle driven by 35-year-old Jereme Fenley shortly before 8:30 p.m.

Bell was pronounced dead at the scene while a 14-year-old passenger in her vehicle and Fenley were rushed to a local hospital to be treated for serious injuries.
