Farmington man killed when vehicle overturns on Highway AA

ST. FRANCOIS COUNTY. MO – A man was killed Sunday morning after driving his truck off the left side of Highway AA and rolling over, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.

The incident occurred at 9:30 a.m., when 18-year-old Wyatt Hampton drove off the right side, overcorrected, and drove off the left side of the road in his 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe.

Once off-road the Tahoe hit an embankment then flipped over. Authorities pronounced Hampton dead at the scene of the accident.
