Driver injured in two-vehicle collision in downtown St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, MO – A driver was injured in a two-vehicle collision in the west downtown area earlier this week, according to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. (SLMPD).

The crash occurred at N Market Street and 18th Street around 12:08 p.m. Thursday, after the driver of a gray 2015 Toyota Corolla, 28-year-old Jermel X. Williams, made a left turn.

His vehicle then crashed into a red 2011 Dodge RAM pickup truck being driven by 57-year-old Etta R. Landon.

Landon sustained non-critical injuries in the crash.

Williams was not reported as injured.
