WARREN COUNTY, MO — According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a car accident on Missouri 47 left one woman injured after her 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan hit the guard rail. The accident happened at 1:08 p.m. near Big Creek.
Officials report that the driver, Colleen Wyatt, 31, was pulling over on the side of the road while experiencing medical issues when she collided with the guard rail on the shoulder.
Wyatt was transported to SSM Health Saint Joseph hospital Lake St. Louis for her injuries.
