Collision closes two lanes on I-44 EB in downtown St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, MO — A vehicle collision Thursday morning closed two left lanes on Interstate 44 eastbound in downtown St. Louis, according to MoDOT STL Traffic.

The incident took place in the eastbound lanes of I-44 west of Jefferson Avenue and was first reported at 10:20 p.m.

MoDOT projected a clearance time of 11:01 a.m.

No further updates or details have been reported on the vehicles involved.
