ST. LOUIS, MO – One person was killed and three others injured in a semi crash at the intersection of Riverview Drive and Hall Street on Tuesday morning.
This is an update to a previous post.
A 2013 Volkswagen Passat was traveling southbound on Hall Street and lost control of the vehicle due to wet/icy road conditions around 8 a.m., according to 5 On Your Side News. The Volkswagen slid across oncoming traffic at the intersection and collided with a semi.
One unidentified person was pronounced dead at the crash scene. Police report the person was ejected from a vehicle.
Three other people sustained various injuries in the crash. Police report those people included a 22-year-old female, 22-year-old male, and a 46-year-old female. All are currently in stable condition at local hospitals.
Investigations into the cause of the crash are ongoing.
