Pizza delivery driver saves 15-year-old ATV crash victim

SOUTH ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO – A Domino’s pizza delivery driver is receiving praise after his actions potentially saved the life of a young ATV accident victim on September 20th.

According to KMOV, 15-year-old Kyan Krull was driving an ATV when he struck a guardrail near his home on Christopher Road in Oakville. Branson Eckstein was driving in the area at the time of the crash and noticed Krull bloody and disoriented walking around the ATV.

Eckstein got Krull in his car and drove the boy to his house where Krull’s step-mother called an ambulance. Krull was taken into 3-hour emergency surgery on his hand immediately upon his arrival at Children’s Hosptial. He suffered several fractures as well as a concussion in the accident and is expected to make a full recovery.
