Farmington man seriously injured in off-road vehicle crash

ST. FRANCOIS COUNTY, MO – A man from Farmington needed to be airlifted to the hospital following a collision in Pendleton Township Friday afternoon.

According to an official crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred along Rock Springs Road near Missouri Highway 221 at about 1:20 p.m.

Officials say 36-year-old Nathen Cordell was riding a Suzuki Quadrunner when the vehicle left the roadway and overturned. Cordell was transported to Mercy Hospital St. Louis by helicopter in serious condition.
