ST. LOUIS, MO – A 36-year-old male pedestrian sustained moderate injuries when a 2014 Infiniti Q50 struck him on eastbound I-270 early Saturday morning.
Deep Shah, 27, was traveling eastbound on I-270 when he hit debris east of West Florissant Avenue around 5:15 a.m., according to Missouri State Highway Patrol. The impact caused him to travel off the road and hit Jack Rokov, as well as a 2014 Chevrolet Impala. Rokov was transported to SSM Health DePaul Hospital.
It is unclear if the Impala was parked or left on the side of the highway. The Impala was moderately damaged, whereas the Infiniti sustained extensive damages.
