Barnhart – SUV Crash With Multiple Injuries

An SUV crashed into a tree in Barnhart early Tuesday morning.

The incident occurred on Kock Valley Road near Mulberry Road. At approximately 1:15 a.m., a 2010 Mercedes-Benz M Class with three occupants swerved off the roadway and crashed into a tree. The driver of the vehicle, 18-year-old Benjamin A. Brady, was not hurt, but Kayleigh R. Scott and Alexis M. Bahnmiller, both 17 years old and passengers in the SUV, sustained injuries and were taken to Mercy Hospital South for evaluation and treatment. According to responders, the truck incurred heavy damage in the collision. Authorities are currently investigating the incident.
