Emergency vehicle blocking I-64 right shoulder

ST. LOUIS, MO – An emergency vehicle arrived to assist during an incident that occurred on I-64 Monday afternoon.

The official Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) twitter reports than an ER vehicle responded to an incident that occurred at approximately 4:09 p.m. on June 1. The vehicle blocked the right shoulder on westbound I-64 near Boones Crossing.

There is no information available at this time about the type of incident or the injuries that occurred.

The MoDOT expects the shoulder to be clear at approximately 4:27 p.m. Until that time, drivers should take additional precautions on I-64.
