35-year-old driver moderately injured in Highway 84 crash

HAYTI, MO – A 35-year-old Kennett driver sustained moderate injuries in a crash on Highway 84 on Tuesday night.

A 17-year-old Caruthersville driver was traveling west on Highway 84 in a 1996 Chevrolet 1500 when he rear-ended a 2014 Dodge Charger, police report. The accident happened east of I-55 around 9:22 p.m.

Francesca M. Gross, the driver of the Dodge, was transported to West Tennessee Healthcare.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts.

The Dodge sustained extensive damages and the Chevrolet sustained moderate damages.
