23-year-old driver sustains injuries in Highway KK crash

FRANKLIN COUNTY, MO – A 23-year-old Washington driver sustained injuries in a crash on Highway KK on Monday afternoon.

Police report that Ashley L. Kuhlmann was traveling too fast for snowy road conditions, causing her 2005 Jeep Laredo to skid and slide. The Jeep traveled off right side of the highway, hit a sign and mailbox, and traveled down an embankment around 1:40 p.m.

Kuhlmann was transported to Mercy Hospital Washington for minor injuries She was wearing a seat belt.

The Jeep sustained moderate damages.
