1 hospitalized after flatbed overturned in St. Francois County

ST. FRANCOIS COUNTY, MO – One man was taken to the hospital after a single-vehicle accident involving a flatbed truck Thursday afternoon.

The incident occurred where Lick Skillet Road meets Route F southwest of downtown St. Louis, according to an official crash report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Police say 29-year-old Robert Coleman was backing up when the right rear of the truck traveled off the roadway causing the vehicle to overturn. Coleman was transported to Washington County Memorial Hospital to be treated for moderate injuries.
