Woman injured in two-vehicle collision on I-70 EB in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, MO — A 28-year-old woman was injured Tuesday afternoon when her vehicle struck an agricultural truck on Interstate 70 eastbound in St. Louis, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The accident happened on a stretch of I-70 eastbound east of East Jennings Station Road at around 12:00 p.m.

A 2010 Hyundai Tucson was traveling eastbound on the exit ramp from East Jennings Station Road when it struck a 2019 International Harvester truck, then hit the concrete median wall.

The causing driver was transported by ambulance to Barnes-Jewish Hospital with moderate injuries.

The truck driver was not reported injured.
