Woman dead after crashing into Metro bus in N St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, MO – A woman was killed when her vehicle collided with a Metro Transit bus on N Broadway this morning, according to KSDK.

The collision occurred at E Taylor Avenue and N Broadway at around 6 a.m., when the female driver of a grey sedan crashed into a Metro bus that was at the end of the 95 Kingshighway route.

The driver of the sedan was pronounced dead after being taken to the hospital for treatment. The bus driver was unhurt, and no one else was on the bus at the time of the collision.

Police have not released the identity of the deceased at this time. Investigations are ongoing.
