Wisconsin man airlifted to hospital after crash in Crawford Co.

CRAWFORD COUNTY, MO – A Wisconsin man was airlifted to the hospital with serious wounds after a car crash in Crawford County last night.

According to a crash report published by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Ollie Coleman Road, a mile south of Highway HH and four miles south of Cherryville, at about 7 p.m. when 43-year-old Joshua Armantrout, of Mt. Pleasant, Wisconsin, went off the side of the road.

Armantrout, driving a 2005 Subaru Impreza, collided with a tree before the vehicle came to a stop.

He was airlifted to the hospital in Creve Coeur with severe injuries.

No other people were reported as injured in the collision.

Armantrout was wearing a seatbelt when the accident occurred.
