Vehicles collide on Eastbound I-70

LOUIS, MO – On Friday afternoon, a vehicle collision closed the left lane of traffic on Interstate 70 near Missouri Route 370.

The accident occurred on May 29 at approximately 3:59 p.m., according to the Missouri Department of Transportation Traffic Alert Twitter. The collision occurred in the left traffic lane on Eastbound I-70.

At this time, the police have not released any information about the severity of the accident to the public.

Officers on the scene are working to clear the accident, and they believe the left lane will reopen to traffic at approximately 5:07 p.m.
