Two people injured after car flips over on Highway N

FRANKLIN COUNTY, MO – Two people are injured after their vehicle veered off the road and turned over, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.

At 2:31 p.m. on Highway N the driver of a 2001 Ford Explorer crossed the centerline of the road, veered off the road, and flipped.

One passenger in the vehicle suffered serious injuries, the other had moderate injuries. Both occupants were taken to Mercy Hospital Washington.

It is not known what caused the vehicle to lose control.
