Two injured in single-vehicle crash on Route N

FRANKLIN COUNTY, MO – A woman lost control of her vehicle and hit a ditch near Finny Lake Drive Sunday, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.  Two people were injured in the accident.

Authorities report the accident occurred at 11:03 p.m., when the driver of a 2013 Ford Expedition lost control of the vehicle and veered off Route N before hitting a ditch.

The driver sustained moderate injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital Washington. Another passenger in the vehicle was seriously injured and taken to Mercy Hospital St. Louis for their injuries. 

There was no underlying cause reported for this accident.
