Troopers respond to hit-and-run collision on I-270 at MM 208.8

ST. CHARLES COUNTY, MO – A driver fled the area after colliding with another driver on I-270 Monday, according to MSHP.

The suspect was driving west on I-270 when they changed lanes and collided with a Toyota Corolla driven by Brian B. Walker, 30. The impact sent Walker’s Corolla into the concrete median.

First responders were called to the crash site around 8:56 p.m. They transported Walker to an area hospital with minor injuries.
