Three people injured in golf cart accident at Lake of the Ozarks

OSAGE BEACH, MO (CAMDEN COUNTY) – Three people were hurt in an accident involving a golf cart in the Lake of the Ozarks area in Camden County, according to the Neosho Daily News.

The accident happened Friday night on Yacht Club Drive in Osage Beach when a 2014 Yamaha golf cart rolled over and ejected three people from the vehicle.

33-year-old Katie House of Columbia, Illinois, was taken to Lake Regional Hospital with serious injuries.

Eureka man Stephen Richmond, 31, was also taken to the hospital after suffering minor wounds in the accident.

The driver of the golf cart, 42-year-old Chesterfield man Ryan Pitts, received minor injuries but refused treatment at the scene.

No other injuries were reported in the accident.
