Teen killed following accident in Savannah

SAVANNAH, MO – Officials in Savannah have reported a single fatality following a Wednesday night collision.

According to News-Press Now, 17-year-old Brodee Becerra was in the passenger seat of a pickup truck driving southbound on Country Road 333 when the 16-year-old driver lost control. The truck proceeded off the side of the road and struck a tree before overturning.

Becerra was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

No word on the status or identity of the driver has been released.
