Stotts City – Interstate Crash

A senior motorist was injured in a highway crash in Stotts City Thursday last week.

At 1:54 p.m., a car with one occupant crashed on the westbound side on Interstate 44, about ten miles west of Mount Vernon. The vehicle swerved off the highway and struck a guide cable before falling down a roadside ditch. The driver, 70-year-old Michael W. Tucker, sustained injuries and was taken to Mercy Hospital Joplin for treatment. The accident is still under investigation.

It can be challenging to recover from road accidents, particularly those resulting in serious or debilitating injuries. With this in mind, it’s always appropriate for victims to consult personal injury experts post-accident. The ramifications of these incidents can be tough to navigate, so the advice of legal counsel will always be beneficial.
