Stalled vehicle causes rush-hour delay in Northeast St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, MO – Officials have reported a stalled vehicle causing rush-hour traffic to slow along I-70 Tuesday evening.
According to the official Twitter page of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the vehicle is on the should of I-70 eastbound just before MO-141 heading away from downtown St. Louis.

Troopers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol are advising motorists to proceed with caution when approaching this area as traffic may be stopped.
