St. Louis woman injured in westbound I-70 accident

O’FALLON, MO – A 33-year-old woman from St. Louis was injured in a two-vehicle crash on westbound I-70 on Sunday afternoon.

Danielle N. Walls was traveling on westbound I-70 east of Bryan Road when she failed to maintain her lane, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol. Her 2013 Dodge Dart struck a 2002 Nissan Murano, driven by 56-year-old Lorelei A. Geissmann, around 1:55 p.m. The impact caused the Dodge to overturn.

Walls was transported to St. Joseph West Lake St. Louis for minor injuries.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts.

The Dodge sustained extensive damages and the Nissan sustained minor damages.
