St. Louis woman injured in house fire

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO – One woman was taken to the hospital after her Riverview house caught fire early Tuesday morning.

According to KSDK, The fire was reported at about 1:00 a.m. within the 400 block of Lanark Road. Initial reports were of the fire burning prominently in the back of the home.

The woman inside the house was able to escape. However, she was rushed to a local hospital for treatment of unknown injuries. No updates regarding her condition have been released as of yet.

Unfortunately, officials have reported the home as a total loss.
