ARNOLD, MO (JEFFERSON COUNTY) – A man from St. Louis is dead following a single-vehicle accident Friday morning in Jefferson County, according to KSDK.
The crash happened on Interstate 55, near Richardson Road and Vogel Road, when St. Louis man Robert Kugler, 55, drove off the side of the highway. He crashed with a sign, and the vehicle then flipped over.
Kugler was taken to the hospital and there was pronounced dead due to injuries sustained during the accident. He was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt when the accident happened.
