ST. LOUIS, MO – A crash blocked the right lane on eastbound I-270 after the W. Florissant Avenue exit (29) on Monday afternoon.
According to KSDK, the accident happened around 2:24 p.m. and is expected to be cleared around 3:23 p.m.
It is unknown if anyone was injured in the accident.
The cause of the crash is unknown.
