Six people taken to hospital after collision involving ambulance

ST. LOUIS, MO – Six people were transported to local hospitals for various injuries after an ambulance and an SUV collided in a St. Louis intersection early Christmas morning.

According to FOX 2 Now, the crash occurred at the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and Cass Avenue around 2 a.m.
An ambulance was traveling to a hospital with it’s emergency lights and sirens on when it collided with an SUV.
The passenger of the ambulance, two paramedics and two firefighters traveling in the ambulance, and the SUV driver were all transported to local hospitals. Police report they are anticipating everyone to recover.
In a tweet posted by FOX2 Journalist, it shows a video with the ambulance on it’s side.
Investigations into the cause of the crash are ongoing.
