Sedalia – Standoff In Domestic Violence Incident

A man was arrested following a domestic dispute in Sedalia last Sunday.

At 8:36 p.m., 40-year-old Rance M. Noble was arrested after a standoff that lasted around nine hours. At 11:32 a.m., officers were dispatched to the area of 200 Scott Joplin Court after receiving a domestic violence report. A female resident with multiple injuries was found on-site. Authorities attempted to talk to Noble who then proceeded to lock himself inside a home. Shots were fired during the long standoff and at least one officer was injured in the incident. Noble was eventually arrested and is now facing multiple charges related to the case.

People are frequently injured in domestic incidents, particularly those involving reckless behavior.
