Rush-hour crash shuts down lane on I-64

ST. LOUIS, MO – Officials with the Missouri State Highway Patrol closed off one lane following a crash on I-64 during Thursday evening’s rush-hour traffic.

According to the official Twitter page of the Missouri Department of Transportation, the accident occurred in the eastbound lanes of I-64 just past Boones Crossing at about 6:50 p.m.

No word on if any injuries were sustained as a result of the crash has been made available as of yet. However, the left lane was closed for just under an hour causing delays for rush-hour commuters.
