Rush-hour crash reported near O’Fallon Park

ST. LOUIS, MO – Troopers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol shut down multiple lanes on I-70 following a rush-hour collision Friday evening.

According to the official Twitter page of the Missouri Department of Transportation, the accident happened at about 5:45 in the eastbound lanes of I-70 near the exit to O’Fallon Park.

No word on what may have caused the crash or if anyone was injured as a result has been made public. However, the left two lanes were shut down for about a half-hour causing major delays for rush-hour commuters in Northwest St. Louis.
