ST. LOUIS, MO – Authorities were forced to close two lanes on I-270 after a rush-hour crash southwest of St. Louis Monday morning.
According to the official Twitter page of the Missouri Department of Transportation, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-270 just past the Big Bend Road overpass shortly before 8:00 a.m.

No injuries have been reported as a direct result of the crash. The right two lanes were closed for over a half-hour and have since reopened.
