Pilot injured in Lake of the Ozarks plane crash

LAKE OZARK, MO – A pilot suffered injuries after a small plane crashed into the Lake of the Ozarks yesterday, according to KZRG.

The pilot of the craft swam to land and suffered minor injuries during the accident.

The accident happened a day after another small plane crashed in Osage Beach, though that crash resulted in the deaths of two people.

The plane was located via sonar in about 20 feet of water.

The cause of the crash and the identity of the pilot were not immediately available.
