Pickup truck collides with tree in St. Charles County

ST. CHARLES COUNTY, MO – Officials with the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a single-vehicle collision on U.S. 61 Wednesday afternoon.

According to the official crash report, the accident occurred in the northbound lanes of U.S. 61 and Farris County Road at about 2:30 p.m.

Officials at the scene say 24-year-old Alexander Hickey lost control of his 2019 Dodge Ram and skidded off the roadway before striking a tree.

Hickey was not injured as a result of the crash. However, his truck sustained significant damages as a result.
