Pedestrian killed crossing I-64

ST.LOUIS, MO – A man was killed while crossing I-64 near Clayton Road late Tuesday night, 5 On Your Side reports.

The man has been identified by Missouri State Highway patrol as Forrest Green, 39. 

Green was hit by a 2007 Honda Accord while crossing the westbound lanes of Interstate 64 at around 11:30 p.m.. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle was uninjured. 

Several lanes remained closed overnight as first responders were at the scene.
