Pedestrian struck by hit-and-run driver

ST. CLAIR, MO – A 29-year-old female pedestrian was struck by a hit-and-run driver on North Commercial Avenue on Wednesday night.

The pedestrian, identified as Ruby Gann, was transported to Mercy Hospital Washington, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.

It is unclear whether police have apprehended the suspect, or if further investigations are being conducted
