VILLA RIDGE, MO – A man was seriously injured yesterday when he was struck by a vehicle in eastern Franklin County, according to an official report taken by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Susan Ketcherside was driving her 2003 Ford Explore east on Highway AT when she collided with a pedestrian near East Villa Ridge Road.
The pedestrian, identified as 54-year-old Timothy Brinker, was seriously injured in the crash. Emergency responders took him to Mercy Hospital St. Louis.
Ketcherside was unhurt, but her Ford received minor damage.
