Pedestrian killed in North St. Louis crash

ST. LOUIS – One man is dead after being struck by a vehicle north of downtown St. Louis Sunday evening.

According to KSDK, the incident was reported shortly after 6:40 a.m. near the intersection of Wright Street and North Florissant Avenue.

The unidentified pedestrian was pronounced dead by EMS officials at the scene. Details regarding the circumstances leading up to the crash are still under investigation.

The driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with police. We will provide any updates to this developing story as they are released.
