Pedestrian hospitalized after being hit by car in Overland

OVERLAND, MO – A person was taken to the hospital following a pedestrian accident this morning in the Overland area, according to a report by Fox 2 Now.

The accident occurred near the intersection of Warson Road and Page at about 5 a.m. when a person, who has not yet been publicly identified, was struck by a car.

The victim was taken to the hospital for the treatment of undisclosed injuries.

Following the accident, the driver remained at the scene to cooperate with the investigation, which continues at this time.

According to Fox 2 Now anchor Brigit Mahoney, the accident caused traffic in the area to be delayed for a time.
