One injured in two-vehicle accident on Highway 50

FRANKLIN COUNTY, MO – Two Ford trucks collided on Highway 50 Monday afternoon after one driver failed to yield to the other, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.

Officials said the driver of a eastbound 2013 Ford F-150 made a left turn in front of a westbound 2008 Ford F-150, and the two vehicles collided.

Only the driver of the 2008 Ford F-150 was reported as injured. William Van Hook, 66, was taken to Mercy Hospital Washington with minor injuries.
